- What do I do if a part was damaged during shipping?
Products received from Fornida should be inspected upon delivery to ensure there is no damage as a result of shipping. If products are found to be damaged as a result of shipping the buyer must notify Fornida within seven business days of receipt to request a RMA number and return shipping labels. Products returned after the seven business days period without notification or a RMA number will not be eligible for processing.

Fornida has a liberal 30 day return policy - even if the product is open we will work with you to come up with an amicable resolution.
Only exception would-be special-order items. They may be NCNR (non-cancelable, non-returnable) or subject to a restocking fee. They will be handled on a case by case basis.
